Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 days. Once your order has been shipped via your selected postage method, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within a reasonable timeframe after being dispatched.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by carriers.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must contact us to arrange a reshipment or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, email us at info@rebound.store with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges—if you need a different size or item, you’ll need to place a new order after receiving a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a few business days.
